Article 10 - Exchange
Exchanges are possible within 15 days (upon receipt of the package) for individuals (professionals must inform the seller of their intention to make an exchange on the same day of receipt of the package otherwise no exchange can be made), in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice required.
In the event of a price difference, a credit note will be made on the site or a payment request will be sent by email. The buyer can also include a check for the difference directly in their package. An explanatory letter must also be attached indicating the replacement products chosen.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an exchange if it turns out that the product has been used or damaged by the customer. Return costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the buyer as well as responsibility for the condition of the package upon receipt. Upon receipt of the package for exchange, the seller will return, within 15 days, the product(s) chosen by the buyer as replacement.
Article 11 - After-sales service
When returning a product to After-Sales Service after acceptance by the seller (any request not made to the seller before returning the product will be refused and will result in additional costs), the buyer must include in the package the copy of the invoice on which it appears. After-Sales Service times are approximately 1 to 6 weeks (upon receipt of the package), but these may be longer depending on the repair and the origin of the product. The costs of returning After-Sales Service are the responsibility of the buyer, the shipping costs once the product has been repaired are the responsibility of the seller in the event of a proven defect, otherwise the responsibility of the buyer. If the seller is unable to repair a product, a credit for the amount of the product on the date of purchase will be established in the buyer's name and deducted from their next purchase. However, an exchange will be possible.
